Ce travail interroge la participation des individus à la négociation collective après les lois Aubry, lors de la réduction du temps de travail, et son articulation avec l'organisation d'une démocratie du travail pour la gestion des rapports de travail. La participation, saisie dans le contexte de la division sociale du travail, conduit à appréhender ce que ces dispositifs engendrent sur les formes de régulation du rapport salarial de la RATP. L'étude réalisée dans l'entreprise montre que les individus intègrent autant ces dispositifs qu'ils s'y opposent. Ils permettent de nouveaux rapports à l'action en ouvrant des espaces d'expression que les individus investissent et sous-tendent un questionnement sur la formation des catégories sociales, leurs modes d'action et leur capacité d'investir des espaces de démocratie. La reconfiguration du conflit s'appuie sur des pratiques permettant de voir émerger la possibilité de constituer des sociabilités et de produire des connaissances face à une différenciation des relations sociales pour constituer de nouveaux objectifs et des mobilisations et intervenir sur les processus d'évolutions des pratiques.

This work (study) questions the participation of individuals in collective bargaining following the Aubry laws, during the reduction of work time and its articulation with the organisation of a work democracy for the management of work relations. The participation, taken in the context of the social division of work, leads to understand that which these devices create in the shape of wage regulation of the RATP. The study carried out in the company shows that individuals integrate as much these devices (mechanisms) as they oppose them. They allow new relations to activate by opening spaces of expression that individuals invest in and question the creation of social categories, their form of action and their capacity to invest in spaces of democracy. The reconfiguration of conflict relies on the processes, allowing the emergence of the possibility to form social relations to constitute new objectives, mobilisations and to intervene in the practical evolution processes.
