Selon Georges Lapassade, la pédagogie est une science des dispositifs et la pédagogie institutionnelle vise l'autogestion, qui a pour but la désaliénation institutionnelle, la liberté et l'autonomie de l'individu comme du groupe. Né, dialectiquement et comme dépassement, des contradictions et des conflits internes comme externes du courant de l'analyse institutionnelle à Paris 8, le mouvement des irrAIductibles s'inscrit dans la pédagogie institutionnelle. La pédagogie du possible en est une variable universitaire. La variable étant l'objet de la science, je me suis donc engagé dans une recherche action dans le cadre de la pédagogie du possible. Ce travail est une tentative d'élucidation des dispositifs de la pédagogie du possible appliquée par les pédagogues et les étudiants en tant qu'acteurs de l'expérience dans le cadre du mouvement des irrAIductibles. La dialectique comme science des contradictions du réel, de la démarche méthodologique ainsi que du mode de représentation et d'exposition de la recherche action, est mise en oeuvre dans cette thèse. L'histoire de vie, la pratique du journal, la méthode régressive progressive et l'observation participante engagée et les principaux concepts de l'analyse institutionnelle, constituent la trame de ce travail, et ce dans le cadre d'une démarche à la fois individuelle et collective. La métanalyse comme démarche globale permet au chercheur d'effectuer l'aller et retour entre la pratique et la théorie, le terrain et sa conception, dans le temps et l'espace. C'est à la fois la somme et le reste de la recherche, dans une perspective multiréférentielle, multidimensionnelle, qui affronte la complexité de la pédagogie du possible, du probable et de l'impossible.

The pedagogy is a science of devices and the institutional pedagogy aims at the self-management, which aims at the institutional desalienation, at the freedom and at the autonomy of the individual as the group. Born, dialectically and as overtaking, contradictions and conflicts internal as external of the current of the institutional analysis in Paris 8, the movement of irrAIductibles registers in the institutional pedagogy. The pedagogy of the possible is a university variable. Variable being the object of the science, I thus undertook in a research action within the framework of the pedagogy of the possible. This work is an attempt of clarification of the devices of the pedagogy of the possible applied by the teachers and the students as actors of the experience of the movement of irrAIductibles. The dialectic as the science of the contradictions of the reality, the methodological step as well as the mode of representation and exhibition of the research action, is operated in this thesis. The biography, the practice of the diary, the regressive progressive method, the engaged participating observation and the main concepts of the institutional analysis, constitute the weft of this work, and it within the framework of an at the same moment individual and collective step. The metanalyse as total step allows to the researcher to perform the return ticket between practice and theory, ground and its comprehension, in time and the space. It is at the same time sum and rest of research, in a perspective multi referential, multidimensional, that confronts the complicacy of the pedagogy of possible, probable and impossible.
