This study questions the problem of the vision in the work of Paul Valéry. The vision is articulated with the question of the stating where the appearance of the system Me is refined in a dynamic structure which engages a plurality of authorities. Stating, perception and vision are thus dependent. The latter, of a pragmatic nature, is declined in a typology of glances; but it is also of a passion nature with the central figure of Narcisse in work valéryenne. The course of Valéry is called search narcisséenne, in which Ego is included/understood like at every moment this property to judge . This anti-narcissistic search is related to the question of the recursivity. Indeed, the thought of Valéry can be included/understood as an interrogation on this syntactic structure where the recursive field of ego is likely to move and to change ad infinitum. The construction from the point of view becomes one of specificities of the énonciatif act. By the point of view, Valéry arrives at a new design of the vision. Thus, through the reading of Valéry, a semiotics valéryenne is formed which, like all semiotics, is based implicitly or explicitly on a perceptive model and a theory of knowledge.
