Cette thèse se veut une recherche clinique sur l’inégalité afin de circonscrire les effets de l’idéologie sur les productions symboliques précoces. Au niveau théorique, elle s’appuie sur les concepts issus de la sociologie (Bourdieu, Bernstein, Wright, Boltanski), de la psychologie critique (Burman, Parker) et de la psychanalyse du jeu de l’enfant (Gutton, Winnicott). Du point de vue méthodologique, elle s’inscrit dans le champ de la recherche clinique car elle obtient ses résultats de l’analyse du discours, de l’observation et de l’interprétation du jeu infantile précoce (enfants de 3 à 5 ans). Deux études ont été menées : la première s’est déroulée dans un Centre de Loisirs à Paris et la deuxième à Santiago du Chili. A l’issue de ces deux études, nous proposons deux modèles théoriques : 1) un modèle théorique de structuration des représentations du monde adulte où se situent les effets de la stratification sociale, organisés dans le discours en tant que mécanismes idéologiques légitimant l’inégalité, 2) un modèle théorique où se distinguent deux types de jeu : l’un élaboré et un autre restreint. Ces deux types de jeu favorisent le développement d’outils de réflexion permettant la dénaturalisation de l’inégalité et une meilleure compréhension des phénomènes idéologiques qui occultent l’injustice sociale. Cette étude empirique revêt une importance majeure pour l’intervention sociale chez les enfants, pour la conception des politiques publiques et sociales ainsi que pour le développement des aspects théoriques en relation à la dynamique microsociale implicite dans la reproduction de l’inégalité.

This thesis is a clinical investigation of inequality. It looks to circumscribe the effect that ideology has in the early symbolic productions. Theoretically is based on concepts from sociology (Bourdieu, Bernstein, Wright, Boltanski), critical psychology (Burman, Parker) and psychoanalysis of the children play (Gutton, Winnicott). Methodologically is on the field of clinical research, working with results of interpretational discourse analysis, observation and interpretation of play in early childhood (children 3-5 years). In the frame of the research two studies were developed, the preview in a loisir Centre in Paris and the final one in Santiago de Chile. As results the research proposes two theoretical models: 1) structuring theoretical model representations of the adult world in which are located the effects of social stratification organized in the discourse of the subject, as ideological mechanisms involved in the legitimation of inequality process. 2) Theoretical model in which can be noted two types of games: extended and restricted, according to the possibilities to set out from that symbolic production, to acquire and developed reflective tools, about the subject position in the world, in the stratification and justice of this. This is an empirical study of high relevance for social intervention with children, for the design of public and social policy and the development of the theoretical aspects related to the micro social dynamics of the reproduction of inequality.
